Is my diet ok as I have been trying to lose 30lb for ages and it''s not working?

This is my diet everyday:

Breakfast;
- 2 scrambled eggs
- half a tin of beans

Snack;
- muller rice

Dinner;
- 300g Tesco finest green pea and ham soup.

I need to lose 30 lb in 5 months but I''ve been trying for a while now and nothing is working
I do at least 5 hours of sport a week!

You dont eat enough. You sound like you are in starvation mode. You should eat 1300 cal a day minimum and see a nutritionist ans diet expert to plan a healthy lifestyle.
