HOW TO LOSE 10 POUNDS FAST!!?

I''m a freshman in high school, so I''m 15. I''m a girl, I''m 5''2", 108 pounds. I really want to have a nice body for my swimming unit in gym class, which starts in about two weeks. I need to lose about 10 pounds for that to happen though, so I just need like some simple things that will help me lose weight and maintain it. I also want this for the summer. Meal plans or menus or whatever would be really helpful and something that involves minimal exercise (I have a jam packed schedule already). Anyways, losing weight is pretty hard for me and all answers are greatly appreciated!!! Remember though I want to get down to about 95 please and thank you!!!!!!

Here are some tips that will help you reach your goal!
1. stock up on fruits and vegetables-- those have very few calories and DO taste good!
2. Drink water instead of soda or juice.
3. Try to eat whole wheat and potatoes. Those will keep your hunger at bay and not make you crave foods. Oh! But if you DO find yourself craving foods, have a small portion of it, don''t try to avoid it completely, because the craving will only get stronger.
4. make sure to pay attention to portion sizes too. it helps if you portion it out into a bowl that way you don''t find your self eating too much at once. or even portion out your snacks a week in advance so you don''t over eat.
5. you should record what you eat in a journal. calculate the total number of calories you eat per day and determine if there is any junk you can cut out.
6. to lose weight you might want to eat around 1500-2000 calories per day. DO NOT EAT LESS THAN 1000 CALORIES PER DAY!!!!!! Eating less than 1000 calories can actually cause your body to gain weight.
7. Eating healthy low calorie meals with LOTS of exercise will help you lose weight! aerobic exercise such as running, swimming, biking, or gymnastics is a great way to loose weight as well!
8. Get motivated! If ever you find your self not wanting to get up and go exercise, tell your self to get up and do it. Motivate yourself by thinking about how good you will look/feel if you just get up and do it!
9. another motivational tip, once a week, take a day off and reward your self with something special like your favorite restaurant or something sweet like dessert!
10. Don’t be afraid to drink tea, unsweetened tea has 0 calories and is full of antioxidants that will actually help you lose weight. There are also sweeteners such as Truvia that contain 0 calories and are good to add to tea if you like it sweet! :D

REMEMBER: to lose weight you need to have a good diet AND exercise program having only one will not do you as much good as having both! :D

this is a very easy plan to follow! as long as you stick to it! and don''t give up! :D

    Lunch: arnold select thins bread (100 calories), smoked turkey slices- 4 with lettuce and tomato, baby carrot sticks on the side, bottle of water
    Dinner: steamed broccoli, medium peice of boneless chicken breast (no seasoning), small baked sweet potato, bottle of water
    Snack: apple, bottle of water

    Tuesday
    Breakfast: 6 oz low fat greek yogurt, banana, cup of green tea
    Lunch: salad, light dressing, left over chicken breast, bottle of water
    Dinner: slice of pizza, bottle of water
    Snack: apple, bottle of water

    Wednesday
    Breakfast: cup of cooked oatmeal, cup of blueberries, cup of green tea
    Lunch: arnold select thins bread (100 calories), 3 oz. can of tuna, 1/2 tbsp; light mayo, lettuce, tomato, celery sticks, bottle of water
    Dinner: cup of hearty black bean soup- can be canned, 3/4 cup of cooked spinach, bottle of water
    Snack: apple, bottle of water

    Thursday
    Breakfast: 1/2 bagel with 1 tbsp. peanut butter, orange, cup of green tea,
    Lunch: arnold select thins bread (100 calories), smoked turkey slices- 4 with lettuce and tomato, baby carrot sticks on the side, bottle of water
    Dinner: slice of pizza, bottle of water
    Snack: apple, bottle of water

    Friday
    Breakfast: 3/4 cup of multi grain cheerios, 1/2 cup of almond milk, handful of strawberries, cup of green tea
    Lunch: medium salad with hard boiled egg and light dressing
    Dinner: steamed cauliflower, 3oz baked salmon (with lemon juice, salt and tad of olive oil), 1/2 cup of cooked brown rice
    Snack: apple, bottle of water

    Saturday
    Breakfast: cup of cooked oatmeal, cup of blueberries, cup of green tea
    Lunch: arnold select thins bread (100 calories), 3 oz. can of tuna, 1/2 tbsp; light mayo, lettuce, tomato, celery sticks, bottle of water
    Dinner: egg salad sandwich, baby carrot sticks
    Snack: apple, bottle of water

    Sunday
    Breakfast: 1/2 bagel with 1 tbsp. peanut butter, orange, cup of green tea
    Lunch: cup of vegetable soup, 5 crackers, bottle of water
    Dinner: Morning Star garden burger on a bun with 1 slice of cheese
    Snack: apple, bottle of water

    Exercise:
    Run 2 miles (Sunday, Monday, Tuesday, Thursday)
    Run 3 Miles (Wednesday, Friday, Saturday)
    Play a sport outside for 1 hour (Sunday)

    Sit Ups- 50 every day
    Leg Lifts- every day
    Arm Lifts - 50 everyday

    I know it may seem boring and hard but since you''re already healthy to get your weight down to something your body isn''t used to will take a lot of hard work.
