I have the EXACT same goal! ... Im down 12 lbs in two months and counting gotta be ready by my bday in July Only 6 inches to go!!! Here is what my trainer has me on...
Eliminate sugars (fruits dnt count but still monitor intake) Butter ..flour ..anything white
H.I.I.T (high intensity interval training) 3-4xs a week
Strength Training 3-4 times a week
drink half your body weight in ounces of water a day
Minimize salt intake
Use a weight management supplement like Lipo 6 unlimited ( no jitters or crash) or one of your choice
Multivitamins
AND MOST IMPORTANTLY STAY CONSISTENT AND DO NOT I REPEAT DO NOT GIVE UP NO MATTER WHAT!!
REMEMBER YOU CANNOT SPOT REDUCE.. YOU WILL GET BETTER FASTER RESULTS FROM HIIT THAN REGULAR CARDIO WORKOUTS.. GO HARD IN YOUR TRAINING (BEAST MODE) ... MY MOTTO.. LOOK UGLY WHEN YOUR TRAINING... TO BE A SEXY GODDESS WHEN YOUR NOT LOL

Do this right and I promise in a few months u will be looking like a model - Keep up the excersise but put some focus on food. Start cutting out sugars and gluten(found in breads). These two are know for keeping weight on! Make sure your getting enough protien to build that muscle back up! Muscle will also eat fat so train hard :)

Go on You Tube, and tap in "5 minute belly fat destroyer". when an oriental guy starts the presentation, u know you''ve found it. It sounds cheap but I guarantee, results will prevail.
