How can I make sure I dont lose muscle during track season?

Wrestling is ending now and next I''ll start track. I''m very good at track and once it starts I run constantly. Every season I tend to lose a lot of weight and I''m afraid that I will lose all the muscle I gained from wrestling is there any way that I can preserve muscle while I run and make sure it doesn''t die out?

This will be your routine

Workout 1 - Chest and Triceps
Workout 2 - Back and Biceps
Workout 3 - Legs and Shoulders

12 sets per muscle group of 6-12 repetitions each set
