I''m kinda overweight i was wondering how fast can you lose weight by not eating alot everyday?

I''m eating still so don''t bitch to me about it just not eating alot of meat and not drinking pop or anything with sugar I''m mostly eating cereal, and some fruit and water everyday how many pounds could I lose a week real answers only please

    also it depends on how overweight you are. The bigger you are the more weight you''ll lose. Morbidly obese people can lose 15 lbs in a week with athe proper diet but its a much slower process for people only slightly overweight.
