Help weight loss for teen.?

Ok so I''m 13 and weigh 265 lbs 6 ft tall . I''m very large. I really wanna lose 50 lbs in 5 months or less. I only have access to a gym 2-3 days a week. I have access to healthy eating. Please help me to lose this weight. Please give me a plan or something. Please no 2 hour workouts everyday , I''m fine with a 1 hour workout but 2 is pushing it. Please help me. Personal experience and motivation is nice

I am trying to loose weight myself. It has been 2 weeks since I have started my diet and exercise plan and I can already FEEL and SEE a difference in my body.
For diet, I use this app called livestrong. It tells me how many calories I should be having per day according to my height, weight and age. It can also tell you many calories each food is. So if you want to eat an apple, itll tell you how many calories it is, and if you eat it, it will subtract those many calories from the total amount and show you how many you have left! I am finding this app EXTREMELY helpful. And the app is FREE! you should seriously use it. I have my settings adjusted to I lose 2 pounds per week.
For exercise, I have been working out 40 minutes for 4-5 days. I have been working out at home, in my room! Yes it is possible! I bought this DVD called "biggest loser cardio max--for maximum weight loss" I put it on and follow along. The exercises are very doable and will make you sweat! Not only that but as the instructor talks, its very motivating. Moreover, after every 2 weeks, the workouts get harder.
I am saying this all from personal experience! its working for me, hope this can work for you too!

  • You cant out exercise a bad diet, so focus on the diet part. Eat lots of lean protein, complex carbs (green vegetables). Limit white carbs, white bread, potatoes, white rice, pasta. Keep sugar to minimum, watch for hidden sugar in drinks and juices. Drink water.
    Start some weight training and cardio, 1 hrs 3 x week is fine.
