Can anyone give me a healthy foods list? CHEAP?

I am only 15, I really really really need to lose weight. I''m talking about 100+ pounds. I weigh 215 pounds, and I''m 5''1. NOT ATTRACTIVE AT ALL!!

So I was wondering if I could get a shopping list, I only have 15$ to spend though, because I don''t have a job, and I barley ever get money. I need to buy it myself so that It will be eaten by ME an not everyone else. The reason I also need to buy it, is because No one wants to eat health foods at my house, so please HELP ME :( ??

How to Lose Weight?

Recommended Answer:
Heathly foods don''t have to be expensive. You should aim to eat lean protiens, complex carbohydrates, and healthy fats at each meal. Some inexpensive sources of protien are natural peanut butter (look for brands that have the least amount of added sugar,) non fat greek yogurt, and eggs. Try to add as much whole and minimally cooked fruits and vegetables to your meals as you can, too. You could eat celery sticks with your peanut butter, or a banana with your yogurt. Hard boiled eggs are easy to carry and keep in the frige for 2 weeks. Try to encourage your family to try a more healthy side dish at a couple of weekly meals. Read about nutrition and healthy recipes and offer to cook a healthy dish for the family occasionally. Even if you have to eat what the family wants to eat, just eat less and exercise. Walking is the best exercise that you can do. Easy, cheap, and you can do it in a mall, on the sidewalk, or anywhere you can. Upping your activity level is the best way to start losing the pounds. I did it and lost 180 lbs in 2 years. Walking started the weight loss and as the weight came off, I got more encouraged to revise my diet. When you learn about nutrition, you will be able to adjust your menu to your wallet. Don''t give up, it will be worth it to have a healthy and attractive looking body.

  • ask your doctor.
  • Fresh fruits and veggies are inexpensive and healthy.
Beans and rice, brown rice is healthiest.

I suggest using a calorie counting tool, like on myfitnesspal.com. Remember also, you can burn the calories you eat by staying active.
  • 15 bucks ain''t gonna buy ya nothin sorry
