Will I loose weight if I am juicing but having 1 meal a day?

Can I drink a juice for breakfast, have a meal for lunch and have another juice for dinner? Plus exercise? I am trying to do 1lb per day will this still workout?

No enough nutritiousness- poor metabolism- poor and temporary weight loss.
It might work at first, but it will gradually lose effectiveness, for the above explained reason.
And you will most certainly not keep it up for long as your body will keep craving for what's missing.
