How to lose 60 pounds in two months the healthy way and fast?

I've tried every thing. Slim for life, Weight Watchers… Nothing seems to work and I do my best. I do my daily exercises, walking my dogs, yoga, cardio. But it seems like I'm not getting anywhere. Is there something out there Like a pill or a drink that I can make to melt off the fat? Please and thank you.

And if you're going to be rude please don't comment. I've had enough of it.

Six Simple Ways For You To Lose Weight

Recommanded Answer:
there are no magic pills or drinks, unfortunately.
When you are losing weight, you should exercise and diet together.
If you exercise without dieting, you will get bigger appetite, which
will lead to increase of weight, or muscle grow
underneath the fat layer, and make you bulkier. If you diet without
exercising, you will become flabby and will have excess skin. For
diet, go wheat free. No pasta, pizza, bread and so on. And no food
after 7 p.m. People achieve marvellous results with it. Depending on
your initial weight, you can drop upwards from 20 pounds a month. If
you don't eat wheat then you don't eat all those sticky, fatty goey
cakes, you don't eat junk food, and you don't eat biscuits. But your
diet is still balanced. It costs nothing, and you do not have to
calculate points or to buy special meals or plans. For exercising,
start with walking, and then switch to running/jogging. Running is the
most efficient and calorie-burn exercise ever. If you are overweight a
lot, walk first or you may have health complications (heart attack,
disjointed bones and so on). Weight lifting is a good means to target
your problem areas for men and women. It's not necessarily to become a
bodybuilder or even join a gym - a couple of dumbbells will help you
to target your problem areas (stomach, butt, legs, arms, chest).

  • 30lbs a month 1 pound a day it's as simple as that plus diet so it should not be that hard depending on how athletic you are.
  • It will be tough, I would suggest hiring a personal trainer to keep you on track and doing the right exercises to make sure you are utilising your time.

I use a website called Fit Network for all my knowledge, it has loads of videos about health and fitness

    http://www.fitnetwork.co.uk
  • The only way is if you change your eating habits gradually, or else it will fail. Start adding more vegies, fruits, nuts and proteins & lots of water. If you do that you will be to full to eat other foods (eliminating junk)

Change your diet mentality into a lifestyle change. Don't think about the future but take it as each day comes.

I was at a stand still like you, i did gym everyday and did it hard out. I recently got a trainer and now its all about weight training combining with cardio, the main thing is what you eat! 70% eating and 30% exercise. Master both and you will be shredding fat!

I know you want to lose weight fast probably for an event or whatever, but honestly the faster you get on track and eat healthy and exercise then you will start seeing results gradually, its proven that diets that make you lose weight fast, in the long term the weight is put make on plus more! do it the healthy way, you could research it as well.
  • you will have to burn off 3500 calories per day more than you eat..so basically if you can stick to about 1400 calories a day and run 35 miles a day, you ha e got it made. your expectations are way too high.
