How Thai Food Can Help You Lose Weight
Recommanded Answer:
Keep in mind that after 5 years of swimming competitively, your body is used to having constantant muscle strain and build up.
Assuming that you haven't had the time to work out as often as you had, it really makes since that your muscle deffination would begin to sag and loosen.
Don't worry about it! Just work out when you get the chance. And DON'T starve yourself. Your body needs a certain amount of food to survive, and if you aren't eating very much, your body isn't getting the essential vitamins and nutrients it needs to stay fit. You are probobly a little low on potasium, which keeps your skin and muscles tight. Bananas and coconuts are very high on potasium, so I would reccomend maybe buying coconut water! It is tasty and seems to kill sweet cravings for me, and is very high in potasium!
Good luck! I hope I helped. :)
- If you cut food out of your diet your body will hang on to all the calories it consumes because it doesn't know when it will be able to replenish any lost calories. Unless you work 20 hours a day every day I can't fathom you not having time to spare for a gym routine, it only takes 45 minutes a day. As for a slim fast cure all one doesn't exist unfortunately, only time and dedication.
