Has anyone here started eating healthy food?

I'm curious: Has anyone here been used to eating unhealthily and switched to healthy eating? If so, what happened? Did you get more energy/ feel better/ be less irritable?

I have always been a healthy eater. But yes you will feel better and look better by giving your body the fuel it needs. Look at it this way, it won't be easy to eat healthier. You will have a cravings that will be out of this world. Here is some food for thought: Did you know that it takes only 8 weeks for your mind to develop a habit? So if you eat healthy for 8 weeks you will no longer desire or even want unhealthy food. The food you are eating will become your habit or routine. That is why many weight loss plans/programs are 8 weeks...but most people quit between 4-5 weeks and go back to their bad ways:)

  • you're so stupid... I don't wanna be less irritable. I wanna get irritated and get angry and kick against the BS going on around and do something the hect to stop that stupid irritation. What's that what irritates me is the BS around and BS people think I'm not the boss I'ma show them.
