does this sound like a good workout schedule?

I am a 21 year old female. 5'3" ish and I carry most of my weight in my abdomenI started working out in july (one week break in august because I went camping)As of august I started this scheduleI work out 6 times a weekmondays, wednesday,s thursdays,and saturdays I do cardio (20 mins running on track, 20 mins on stairmaster and 10 mins on rowing machine)Tuesdays and fridays I strength train (do about 8 machines that work my whole body, then I do dumbells for arms, squats and ab exercises)Sundays restDo you think this is okay ? When are you suppose to change up your workout?I hear that you need to changes things upBut does changing your weight count as changing the workout? or running faster and such?Or do I need to change my workout to completely different regime??Thank you very much!

I Have a badly damaged spine! And other physical conditions! I've gained weight from nerve damage medication. I was always thin till I damaged my spine! I'm still taking medication that puts weight on you! Now I'm down to just eating one meal a day and I'm still not losing weight; I've actually gained! I don't know what to do I'm starving and I'm depressed from being so heavy when I never was before! losing belly fat now that my butt is gone.?

This past March I pushed myself away from the supper table and patted my belly and remarked that I might need to lose some weight. My wife and I disagree about the conversation that followed but suffice it to say I started a diet the very next day. My weight that morning of the diet was 255. I am now hovering at 207 to 208. I lose about a half pound a week. But now I have that belly fat. We walk a mile a day and do work in the yard etc. Now, what does your collective wisdom suggest I do to lose that paunch above my belt?
