I am a 21 year old female. 5'3" ish and I carry most of my weight in my abdomenI started working out in july (one week break in august because I went camping)As of august I started this scheduleI work out 6 times a weekmondays, wednesday,s thursdays, and saturdays I do cardio (20 mins running on track, 20 mins on stairmaster and 10 mins on rowing machine)Tuesdays and fridays I strength train (do about 8 machines that work my whole body, then I do dumbells for arms, squats and ab exercises)Sundays restDo you think this is okay ? When are you suppose to change up your workout?I hear that you need to changes things upBut does changing your weight count as changing the workout? or running faster and such?Or do I need to change my workout to completely different regime??Thank you very much!

How to Get a Chihuahua to Lose Weight

Recommended Answer:

Changing workout can mean running faster/longer or adding weight... It is needed for improving performance not so much if the only goal is to lose weight. (However better are the performance more calories you burn, generally) Again if you want lose weight all this stuff is good but it won't work without a proper diet with a caloric deficit... At your size and activity level I would shoot for 1700-1800 calories a day.

  • Exercise10 plank downs lower your hips to floor then bridge up 10 pushups20 bicycle crunches keeping abs tight.. It burns like hell 15 back lungesx4 sets of each exercise. 5-6times a week along with running. ( you will be dripping sweat, if you do it fast paced) When it gets easy to do 4 sets in a row add. another set till your up to 10 sets.Every month add a set.
