Any good workouts to loose weight fast?

I'm 15 and currently suffering from anorexia, I lost around 30 pounds and I'm trying to recover. My plan is to eat normally but exercise to loose the bad weight and gain muscle so I'm skinny but healthy.I need some good exercises that I can do everyday or every other day. My problem is that I have a bone tumor in my leg and it makes it difficult to do anything like run for a long period of time or put to much stress on my shin. Any websites with good exercises or any of your workout plans will be great. Also if you have any idea of how many calories it burns that would be great. I need to eat a certain amount of calories a day and I can't do the exercise and burn off to many. Thank you!10 points to best answer!

So I'm a very skinny dude weighing at 115 pounds, has a very fast metabolism, and perfectly healthy (so says the doctor). However, when I looked online, I noticed that I'm much more vulnerable than most people. Just started alternate day fasting. Are these good calorie amounts for weight loss?

On up days I eat about 1,300 calories & on down days I eat about 300 calories. My metabolic rate is around 1,300. I don't even feel hungry on this diet.
