Hi, Well its simply not that easy. Follow this tips and it may help you,so sit up straight. In order to get a flat tummy. First lets talk about your food schedule. 1. Food is part of the human diet, without food we will die. Its real important to eat 3 meals a day. But I have to warn you. Avoid the Yo-Yo. 2. What is the Yo-Yo? It means skipping meals. Say like you skipped breakfast and going hungry till lunch. Thats absolutely not allowed!your body will later adapt to it, and will add extra space in your body to store even more fat. 3. Now your drinks. Avoid dietary soda, other soda sugary-drinks, and fruit sugary drinks. Plus, say like you drink alcohol, COMPLETELY not allowed. Water is good source for the body,helps you feel full and longer. For breakfast, if your a coffee fan or tea fan, then I would suggest Black coffee and green tea. 4. What to eat! Avoid junk food, sweets and fried foods. Those are a bad to add more calories to your body that you dont need at all,dont be the food police, you can enjoy your favorite foods like pizza. have pizza once a month.5. - Calories in to Calories out. Thought it is not really healthy to lose more than say two-four pounds a week. That being said, by burning more calories than you consume you will lose weight. One lb of body fat is = to 3500 calories. take it slow and change your diet and get more exercise.
- I usually do not tell people to do this because it is unhealthy and you risk injury. If you don't mind being unhealthy or risking injury, then do what's below.Consume only your BMR calories and do HIIT twice a day (once in the morning and once in the evening) 3 to 4 days per week.FYI: You will most likely gain the weight back after doing this because it is not the correct way to lose weight.
