How can I still support my annorexic friend who lives in a different place?

I have a friend who started going through an eating disorder in high school. She never talked about it, and would lie and say she was on a "gluten free diet," and only eat healthy things at school (this was pre-Miley Cyrus incident). I fell for it because I never saw her skip a meal when we were out, she would order a salad or just bring along her Lima bean cassarole. Also, we were in tennis and started training harder, which I thought was amounting to the weight loss as well. This summer after our freshman year in college, she opened up to me about it (and I think I was the first person). I have heard it is delicate to talk to them about it, and she goes to another college than I do. How can I be supportive, but not further endanger the situation? She says she is seeing a councelor and is trying to stop.

So I''m trying to loose a little bit of weight, i want a slimmer figure and a flatter belly. (for graduation and my bff''s birthday party)
So i was just thinking is it better to eat breakfast, and dinner but not lunch? (I''m never really hungry at lunch) or eat smaller portions at lunch and dinner. So which one is more effective into loosing weight?

  • The best way to lose wheight is just to go outside and do a long endurance run as far as you can manage as much as possible. I would recommend at least a mile but if you can do more then do so
  • you''re at a fine weight. but if you want to get some muscle, go to the gym and do some lifting.
