Wondering How To Lose Weight Quick?

Recommended Answer:
119 would be about the MINIMUM you should weigh at that height. and that would be rediculously (and imo, unhealthily) skinny. you can check a bmi calculator (make sure it''s one that takes into account age/gender/weight w.e) i find it best to be near middle of the healthy range, maybe a little under.

  • 120 is about right for your height
  • No weight Lossed. for your height you need to be 140 145 is okay

Will eating only half of every meal make me lose weight?

Hi, I''m a 17-year old girl who''s 165cm tall and weights about 62k. Over the last years I''ve been gaining a lot of weight (I just to be really skinny as a kid). That''s mostly because I don''t have time to work-out or do sports (I''m to busy with school and even when I have some spare time, the gym is a 20m drive my mom won''t do). I also eat fairly unhealthy since I barely like any vegetables (only carrits, brocoli and caulilflower). And I snack all the time and drink to much soda. Now I''ve been tryin to cut out all the snacks (I replaced them with fruit) and the soda and I always take the stairs instead of the elevator, I fon''t stroll to my bus stop but I do the walk in I high tempo, I do some ab crunshes every morning and every night,... but I''m not seeing any change on the scale (in fact I''m still gaining weight). I''m never in charge of my own meals since I have breakfast and lunch at my grandma''s and dinner at school. I can''t decide what I eat but i can decide how much I eat of it. Now I noticed a lot of diet sites saying your body only neads half of what we normally eat, that it''s just out of habit that we finish the entire plate. Is this true and will it make me lose weight? Because I have no idea what do to and I find my body disgusting and I just wanna change something and prove to myself that I can. That I''m stronger than the sugar cravings, you know? Please give me some advice, it''d be much appreciated.

Weight Loss - Are You Fighting With Yourself to Lose Weight?

eating smaller portions is fine but as long as you are getting your daily nutritional needs your body needs.
that means the right amount of protein, iron, calcium etc

if cutting meals in half means your cutting your calcium intake in half for example is not good.

  • I lost 5 pounds in 22weeks no kidding..
Check it out. and good luck
  • you''re body''s probably gaining weight because you''ve been walking faster and stuff and it''s gaining muscle. especially if you changed your diet. and trust me I though I hated all vegetables too. but there are a lot of good ones out there. I love advocados with hummus and onions on whole wheat bread. and grille asparagus with garlic and salt. there are so many veggies out there that you can''t try. eating unhealthy will get you no where fast. you should probably stick to a healthy diet. that way you can eat the full amount. people who eat half a meal tend to get hungry later anyways and over eat at the next meal. it doesn''t help anyone and those diets never work

I''m eating healthy for the first time in my life. And my appetite is good for the first time. Question?

I am eating healthy. I am eating smaller meals about 6 times per day. But I have a great appetite for the first time in my life. And I feel great too! I used to live off of hamburgers and pizza.
Question: Do my new eating habits have anything to do with my new desire to want to eat?
Question: I am not super skinny looking. But I am thin. With my new eating habits, when will I start gaining some weight? Or how can I eat healthy and gain weight?
I''m not eating super healthy. But I have oatmeal with blueberries in the morning. I make a healthy smoothie that''s good for when I get to work and some left over for later. I''m eating a lot of chicken. A little beef. Salads. Brown rice and black beans. And some other healthy stuff as well but not 100% sure what it is or what''s in it. Lose Weight Fast - Don''t Its Unhealthy!

An increase in appetite when you switch to good natural food is a good thing. The addition of a healthy habit of grazing rather than eating 3 meals will help your body absorb the nutrients better, thus giving a better appetite. It could also be that your taste-buds are now more sensitive to natural food just like when a smoker is wean off cigarettes. If you are looking to gain weight though, you will need a higher calorie diet than what you are currently eating to help you gain the weight you need. Also, I would suggest you look into sleeping well and doing the right workout to accompany your diet so that you will gain and maintain the weight progressively.

Diet is the fundamental key and usually the first thing most people who are skinny will stumble upon first. However, the usual habit of eating a lot in one sitting bares no reason. This is because in a skinny person''s body like yours, it is highly likely that the body will feel overwhelmed by the sudden influx of so many nutrients and your digestive system will simply push the excess down the line into excrement. The key is to use carbohydrates is because the body will not do that to this particular energy source. Also, it provides the body with energy that will last 3-4 hours and thus require less loading time compared to other energy sources. Also, eating things like potatoes, pasta, noodles, biscuits, bread and rice 6 times a day with an interval of 2-3 hours in between will ensure that at no time in the day your body is deprived from an energy source, thus allowing you to gain and maintain the weight you have. If preparing 6 meals a day is daunting, perhaps you can try drinking 500ml of milk in between your meal for a total of 3 times a day. Increase the amount of milk you drink by 100ml every week until you see a 1 pound weight gain on the scale. This is the magic number of calories you need in order to gain weight so make sure you maintain this diet.

The next thing to look into is also a lifestyle habit and it is sleeping. So many people neglect sleep and that is what separates the successful gainers from the not successful one. The key is not only to sleep enough but to also sleep well. This means no interruptions or waking up in the middle of the night. If you can achieve your usual regime of sleeping and waking up yourself every single day, you are definitely acing this factor very well. If time does not permit, simply do this on weekends and ensure that your weekdays are still filled with long rest at night.

The last thing most skinny people will never think about is exercising to gain weight. The misconception is that exercising will cause me to lose weight so why should I do it? This is because if you simply rely on a regime of sleep and diet, you will gain fat which will be lost when your calorie intake is lower or your sleeping pattern is compromise. This will lower your weight faster than you can say wait a minute. Also, there are too many workouts on the internet and books that promise gains but none actually works like http://gohforth.com. That is a workout dedicated to help skinny people to gain weight and I personally vouch for that.
