Hi! just wanted to know if I can lose weight by eating 1 meal a day, I work in an industry and it's a night shift, 8:00 P.M to 5:00 A.M in the morning, I only eat at around 10:00 P.M. during my break time and after that no more, After I go home at 5:00 A.M I immediately sleep, I wake up around 2-3 pm in the afternoon and get ready for work at 6:00 and I arrive at work at 7 - 8 PM. I don't really get hungry that's why I only eat 1 meal a day, will I lose weight? I'm 5'9 ft in height and weighs about 90kg . I'm also perfectly healthy, I don't smoke, I drink alcohol on special occasions only. Will I Lose weight? Thank you!
