I'm 21 years old. My birthday's on January 30th. I play a lot of basketball. I'm 6'4" and weigh 182lbs. I haven't been working out like I use to. When I work out, I usually do cardio. I barely do weight lifting (and when I do weight lifting, It's usually push-ups and squats with my dumb bells. I don't bench press). Now that I haven't been working out. I'd eat a lot on purpose to avoid being thin, but I'd eat, and I'd gain weight only in my stomach area, my stomach would be so full and round. I'd get on the scale and It'll say 197lbs...Then after seeing 197lbs, I'd be full for a while, so I wouldn't eat anything. Then in two days, I'd digest and my stomach would go back to being flat, small, and very hollow to the point you can see my rib cage. Next, I'll go check the scale and It'll say 185lbs - 179lbs.WHY CAN'T I STAY AT 197LBS? I always go back down to 185lbs - 179lbs..HELP!
How to Lose Weight Drastically
Recommended Answer:
Because on your heavy days when your a lot. You have a lot of extra glycogen and water weight and food weight.. On your lighter days you have used your glycogen, have less water, and a lot less food in you.Your not actually losing any weight as in fat or muscle. That's not changingAlso I can tell you don't workout because 6"4 180lb is tiny as hell
