- You don't know until your in their shoes. Trust me i thought the same thing when i was slim like oh it's easy eat healthy and exercise but nope! Now i gotta lose 15-20 pounds and it's not easy! It promblebly is alittle. But really the hard part is sticking to it and kick out all the foods you love out of it. Trust me. i think this world is just like this.. When your slim it looks make it easy but when your kinda chubby or overweight.. it's not.. It takes alot of hard work that's why there's alot of overweight people in this world.
