I think a combination of healthy diet and exercise is the best way to go. Sometimes it is easier to focus on just one thing at a time though especially if you are just starting out. I would try to get moving first then slowly start working on what you eat. Walking and cutting out junk food is a very good start.Good luck!Other Answers:
- its 80% diet, 20% exercise. cutting out all junk, sugars and soda and just eat healthy home cooked foods. cut down on carbs and switch to wholegrains, no refined white carbs like white rice, pasta and white bread.
- I believe what you need to do is to get on a nutrition plan that will help you eat properly based on a set caloric amount to reach your goals.
