What is an easy way to lose weight really fast?

I really want to lose weight as fast as possible. I will do ANYTHING, I just really want to lose it.

Portion control, calorie counting, and controlling WHEN you eat. I drop weight very quickly if I stick to 650-800 calories a day, and don't eat after 6:00-6:30 p.m. every night. People usually freak out at the 650 calorie part--it really depends on your size,and 650 is when I'm trying to get back on the diet/lifestyle--it's not something I stick with for months on end. Use common sense. I'm a small woman and feel fine when I stick to 700-900 calories. If you're a larger framed or taller woman, or a man, you'll need to adjust accordingly. If you find that you're not feeling well, up your calories. The main point of this "diet" for me is the "no eating after 6ish p.m." part. And it's really not that hard to get enough food in on the calorie restrictions---lots of fruit and veggies, fish, lean skinless chicken, eggs, tuna, water and/or diet sodas, use mustard/ketchup instead of full-fat mayo, no fried foods, etc.

Honestly...find a doctor who will prescribe some sort of diet pill (adipex) or something...NOT the most healthy....and you have to watch it or it comes right back.....but it comes off really fast. I once lost 10 lbs in 10 days by not eating or drinking a thing!!! Of course at the end of the ten days I had to have IV fluids because I was so dehydrated I passed out....so I don't recommend that. Fastest weight I ever lost was with Adipex and a water pill from Dr along with a diet of nothing but salads, diet sodas and white wine lol

  • There are no shortcut for any weight loss program, you have to do or put some extra efforts in your routine. But I know very well without strong mind power you should not get result which you need that's for sure. However, do proper exercise without making any break, think twice what you intake, make your work schedule and follow it.
