Is eating only cucumber and watermelon everyday bad for you?

I always skip breakfast and lunch, but know all I eat is sliced cucumber and sliced watermelon soaked with lemon and chili powder. That is all I've been eating for the past 2 weeks. N just drinking puss water. I'm 14 n I'm 170 in weight.... Will eating that everyday help me lose weight? I've lost like 3 pounds in the past two weeks.. So is that good?

Yes it is bad for you. A balanced diet is better. Cucumber and watermelon do not give you all the vitamins, minerals and amino acids you need. Your only 14 you don't need to worry about dieting. If you exercise you will burn off what you've eaten. Weight depends on your height. Being a teenager you most likely have a high metabolism, doing sports and being active is a better way of maintaining a healthy body weight.
