How to have more energy while dancing ?

So when I dance I use my abs hips and bum alot and I get tired very fast like after 2 minutes straight ! Is there any way to have more energy ? Also When I was on weight loss pills I had alot of energy I could clean the whole house and dance for an hour before I got tired but I don't need to lose any weight at the moment so I don't wanna do that.

Easy peasy! XD DO not drink energy drinks. They make you crash. I know you didn't say anything about it, but just in case if someone says 'Go drink a Monster or a Red Bull!' No. I LOVE dancing, and I could always use more energy myself. I would suggest listening to some really AWESOME favorite music. Each time I hear a favorite song of mine come over the radio or listening to my ipod, it just makes me want to get up and DANCE! Music is energy! The beat WILL make you move your feet!   • Eat healthy foods to get energy! They are the best! Drink a good amount of water but not a lot right before dance. Take a few sips right before and every now and then while you dance so you don't get dehydrated and so you get energy. Make sure your getting enough sleep. Most people need 8 hrs. a night, less or more depending on your age. Splash your face with cold water if you feel tired. Breath evenly while you dance so you don't get too out of breath :)
