Not fast, but if ur patient and run or do body building or just excersize, it will eventually come off. Think of it this way: The most u can loose is 1 pound a week while staying healthy. Remember: Diet is 80 percent, working out is 20 percent when losing wieght. If u get a good diet and work out, u will lose weight much faster! Remember, dont starve urself, eat healthy, but make sure u get the nitrients u need. And if ur running/working out and feel rlly rlly tired andd it starts hurting, stop and take a break.How can a 13yrold loose weight fast?

Hi I'm 13 and I weigh bout 200 pounds and that is not good at all my parents always talkin shit bout me and every time I try to loose weight i can't I'm just to lazy and nobody is encouraging me and I don't eat alot my height 5'2 and I already know that isn't goo I tried almost everything can u guys help me 😟😟
