Have you got any healthy food and meal ideas? Also do you have any tips on getting healthy?

I've always wanted to eat and be healthier, but I lose motivation easy. Im only 14 and I can't really cook, so I usually don't know what to eat. I don't know what to make for breakfast or lunch, but my mom always makes us dinners which are healthy. Do you have any ideas for good-tasting breakfasts and lunches? (Also ones that give tons of energy and last a while since I have a fast metabilolism). Any ideas on healthy snacks during school? By the way the lunch ideas should be able to be put into a lunch box and taken to school since that's where I'll be eating them. I'd also just like to know as many healthy foods as you can think of. :) Thanks!!!
