How to Lose Weight while Pregnant
Recommended Answer:
Well, when you think about it, what's a treadmill? You're basically running in place. You're working muscles and getting a cardio workout, so that seems fine to me. :)I don't really exercise outside or go to a gym, so I hope this is helpful.I start with basic stretches:Toe touches, greasers (you roll your arms over your head, like an exaggerated movement of a greaser combing their hair), that kind of stuff.I go into cardio:Jogging around the room, squat punches (you just get as deep into a squat position as you can manage and do boxer punches), I don't know what a name for them would be, but I do these moves where I squat, punch 3 time really quick and then rise up and kick in the air. And I'll do that for each leg about 70 times. And every time I do it, I challenge myself and kick higher! Sounds really hard, but if you want results, you have to be your own worst personal trainer.Ab Workouts:Crunches! Definitely crunches. :DBut you have to remember to do your cardio, or the crunches won't really do anything for you. You'd just have great abs under a bunch of flab, because cardio workouts help burn off that fat. xDSo crunches, bicycle crunches, and I'm sure you could find more on the internet. c:If you have any other questions on more moves, or even just staying motivated, send me a message.I'd love to help. :)Oh and one last thing.Try out this website. :)http://sparkteens.com/It's very helpful in weight loss or weight maintaining for teens. :DOther Answers:
