Eating that few calories will cause the your body to go into stravation mode, where as anything you eat, your body will try and store. So any weight you do manage to lose, when you go back to eating "normally", your body will store more of it as fat. that is the reason most diet fail. The best is to eat around 2000 cal. a day of high protien & fiber, with low carbs, and no sugars while working out.Other Answers:
- that would just put you in hospital after a few days
- You will lose lots of weight by exercising. Low calorie diets don't do anything but lower your metabolism and make you gain weight in the future! Just exercise and eat healthy!! For sure over 500 calories. 1200 calories is ideal to keep the body nourished and healthy. Pretty much anything under that is in healthy and will hurt your metabolism
- That's a terrible way to lose weight. Not saying you won't, but you'll just end up screwing up your metabolism and you're body will go into "survival mode." Unless you can keep this up for the rest of your life, once you go back to eating more calories, your body is just going to store all those calories as fat. This could lead to future binges too. Trust me, eating under 1,200 cal is not healthy at all. But eating 1,200 cal a day will still make you lose weight since girls usually need 1,800 just to survive. Eat clean and exercise! Best way to not get screwed up in the head like me. Trust me, do it healthily. Good luck!
- you would but that would just make you sick and put you in a hospital. the way you eat should be based off of a 2000 calorie diet. as long as you eat the right foods and workout like you are doing, you will lose weight. but do NOT eat only 350-450 calories a day! it will put you in a hospital
- Would you loose weight? YesWould it be worth it? No
- If you've got a lot of weight to lose you'd lose a lot of weight and if youre almost at a healthy weight youd end up hospitalized and maybe even dead! Doesn't sound good, does it? You'd also end up being malnourished and gaining some, if not all of the weight back. As well as possibly getting an eating disorder and fatigue problems. Just eat lots of protein and a good amount of healthy fats, stay away from almost all packaged foods and exercise!
