You're not eating enough/you're not eating a varied diet. You really need to be eating fruits and veggies, lean proteins, whole grains, healthy fats...you won't be making a healthy lifestyle change doing what you're doing. People who make short-term attempts to lose weight are much more likely to fail.Educate yourself as far as health goes. Read food blogs. Learn to love healthy, delicious salads and bakes and eggs and deliciousness. Exercise more. Laugh more. I'm tired of reading these questions from people who just don't know what they're doing: and it's not your fault. To lose weight, it's 80% diet 20% exercise.
