Ill be going away on a holiday with my family in a month and I only just inspected my body (because summer is soon) and I have a bit of a bump on my belly (in other words fat) and my thighs and butt are a little big too, I really want and need a bikini ready body before I go on holidays since ill be in bathers the whole time. Why in this world am I not loosing weight ?

Ok so I'm going on 3 weeks of nothing but salads or chicken wraps . I might sneak a little something now and then . I drink 9-12 bottles of water and run half a mile 1-2 times a week . I also try to walk at least 2 miles a day . I started at 223 and in at 220-221 . I'm trying to get in the habit if walking 2-4 miles and doing some cardio daily . I need to loose 40-50 pounds by November . Help please!
