Recommended Answer:

I am the opposite. I have far more energy when eating well. However, everyone is different. Although I do not know, I will hazard a guess and suggest that maybe it is bcs you are making such a big change in your eating habits that your body is trying to adjust. Also, when you are eating healthy, are you still eating sufficient calories and a balanced diet? I think it woul be helpful if you list why you eat when you say you are eating healthy. • Are you getting enough protein? Just because you're eating healthy foods does not mean you have a balanced diet. Make sure you're getting all the vitamins and minerals that your body needs.
