What workouts/exercises can I do to stay in shape?

I've had surgery done on my knee so I'm very limited to what exercises I can do.I can't bend my leg.I can't jump.I can't run.And this sucks, all I do is stay home and just lay down and get fat, I don't want that. How can I keep in shape without having to use my leg as much. Are there any workouts that don't involve my legs/bending/running to lose belly fat?
