What is going on with my weight loss?

so, for thepast couple of months, I have been going out jogging for 30 to 40 minutes 4 times a week every week.but, my waist size is still a 35!!! it's true that I don't diet much but I have been refraining from over eating and eating bad foods. So I would expect to at least lose some weight but I am NOT. Does anyone know what may me going on? I do not have a thyroid problem.
