k im 15, 5'5"ish and weigh about 120lbs. im average size i guess, but i carry all my weight in my hips and butt.. (which ive never heard any complaints about :p) i wanna try to lose weight off my hips and thighs. i dont have as much of a thigh gap as i would like to so i want to improve it. on my outter hips, my shape goes out farther than most girls.. idk how to explain exactly but right where my hips meet my thighs, its wider. i know some people are gunna say stuff like "ur too young to worry about losing weight, blah blah" but im afraid if i dont get these things under control now, im gunna be overweight when i reach adulthood since my mom and family members did... i just wanna narrow my hips/thighs a bit. thanks for the help :)

- Having a thigh gap where your thighs don't touch at all is actually fairly unhealthy. You have to be overly skinny to have a thigh gap and a lot of people truly find it gross. You can't lose fat off of certain places, you have to lose weight off your entire body.
