What can I do about my lower belly sticking out?

I hate that my lower belly sticks out, I prefer it nice and flat like how it looks when I wake up in the morning. I also hate how later on in the day like when I'm about to go to sleep I look in the mirror and my entire abdomen is sticking out more then it did when I woke up, why is it like this? Is it the food that's still being digested or what? Also how can I get a nice flat stomach. I see all the people who go to my school and they all have flat stomachs, I want a flat stomach too!! how can I achieve this? What are the things I need to do?P.s. I'm 14, I weigh 130 pounds and I'm one highschool. Also, is your stomach supposed to stick out after eating and is your lower belly supposed to stick out to later on?

After you eat your stomach looks bigger because your fuller, that's normal.I lost half my stomach fat in one week.I ate a breakfast of grains and fruit.Lunch I ate like I would for dinner, meat, side dish, etc...The secret...was that I skipped eating dinner.Also drink distilled water throughout the day (it flushes out toxins + purifies the stomach).Hope I gave you good advice;)
