Okay im 13 years old and eat about 300 or 400 calories a day and run.on a tredmill and burn 800 calories?

I want to know if its healthy or will get me sick but I do this because I heard if you burn more calories than what you eat it will.burn fat faster and if I eat more calories than what I run I won't loose weight ( I'm on a good and healthy diet)

You should not be eating 300-400 calories. Especially at your age. I've don't that myself, and, trust me, it does not work for weight loss. It might work for a little bit, but after its done you just gain the weight right back. Not a good weight loss plan stopitstopitstopit don't even try arguing with me.   • Ur eating way too few calories. U should eat at least 1200 a day. If u eat too little ur body will go into starvation mode and make it harder for u to burn fat
  • Search it up, apparently (just by doing nothing but sleeping 8 hours with ZERO exercise) your body burns 1000-1400 each day to keep you alive so you're actually burning about 1800-2200 cals a day and eating 300 to 400.The lowest cal intake anyone should have (apart from babies) is 1200 while the normal for a woman is 2000 and norm. for a man is 2500, 3000 for sporty people.Tbh I counted my cals and 1200 is actually quite a lot for me. Don't force yourself to eat when you're full but don't starve yourself either. I'd say don't be too obsessed with cals and eat just eat normal meals until you don't feel hungry.
