How to Lose Stomach Weight

It is important to get the right nutrients for health. if you end up living on bananas, grapes, carrots and a yogurt a day, then thats not very healthy in the long term.I'm sure you know, deep down, as most people really do, the way to lose excess weight and improve your dietary health is to cut out the rubbish foods!Cut the over processed foods, the cakes, biscuits, fries, chips, crisps, chocolate bars, sausage rolls, fizzy drinks, extra cheese, extra sauce, late night snacks, muffins mid morning cos you had no time for breakfast.Reduce (not cut) caffine, bread, meat (if you eat it), dairy, some fat, alcohol.Eat more veg, fruit, fruit juices, salads, good fats (like olive oil), oily fish (if you eat fish), wholegrains and water. You need a good amount of water to keep things moving well in the bowel department but you don't need to count 8 glasses a day or whatever. you should get a good amount of water in your diet. salads and veg add fibre and 'bulk' which also keep your tum healthy and fill you up so you feel less hungry.Wholegrains like museli and oats make a good filling breakfast. if you eat dairy then milk is good for calcium and vit d, if you prefer an alternative like soya (or your yogurt) then the nutrients have been added and so are just as good.Snack on fruits and veg, and make sure you eat meals too. don't forget protein is important. a small portion of meat or fish a day, along with dairy should be ok for most peoples needs. if you are veggie then include your favourite alternative. beans and pulses are an excellent source of protein. There are many useful ayurvedic and herbal remedies or medicines which can help you a lot and reduce your weight naturally without effecting your health.

  • That's not safe even though fruits and vegetables are healthy you need protien and other vitiamins that you don't get from fruits and veggie. Just eat healthy no sweats and workout try to lose 2-3 pounds a week
  • You don't necessarily lose from cutting out food groups. You still count calories. You could lose from vigorous exercising, maybe three lbs. The slow loss is because you are already thin. Any cutting back will make your body hold onto the tissue for sustenance due to an oncoming famine. It isn't under your control. It is built into the genetic code and occurred during evolution due to the inconsistency of the food supply.

How to get rid of belly fat?

Hiya, so I'm 15 years old. (Sixteen next month) and for the past year I've had a belly fat problem. See the thing is, I'm quite skinny (I'm quite tall too.) although I eat a lot when I want. And the last two years I've been on holiday just eating all summer, so I was bound to get a little fat. But, when I come home, I pretty much stop eating. I never eat breakfast and I barely have lunch or dinner. So, I lost a lot of weight but the fat is still there. I used to be very active, but now I don't have the time because I'm always studying. I don't want to be anorexic, I just want a flat stomach again, because a fat one is actually making it difficult for me to do anything like sit ups or even sitting down! So, if you could help me out, that'd be really great. Thank you. x

Look, to understand it, know a simple factIf you eat more calories than you spend - you gain weight (be it muscle or fat, that depends on if you are working out)If you eat less calories than you spend - you lose weight (be it muscle or fat, that depends on the amount of deficit and if you are working out) So, if you stop taking weight gainer and you are suddenly at a caloric deficit - you will start losing weight gradually. But as long as you eat well and train, you will continue to grow.Having said that a weight gainer is a waste of money. It's for stupid people who don't realise a simple fact - why bother buying a processed powder when you can get most of those things from simple food?Protein, BCAA, even creatine can be received from food. From your chicken/red meat/fish. Just eat more, why do you need a weight gainer?

How to Jog to Lose Weight

Want to lose belly fat? Then you shouldn't buy into the scams of late night TV.I was watching TV late last night, and one of those workout equipment ads came on.You know the kind. They have the fitness model raving about how they managed to lose 100 pounds by just doing this simple exercise for 5 minutes a day. This one in particular spoke about belly fat, and how you could target the belly fat and basically eliminate it in 5 minutes a day for a month.Immediately, a scam alert went off in my brain. After all, it's widely accepted that spot reduction is a myth, that it is impossible to target any area of the body for weight loss. There are still a few experts who claim spot reduction is legit, but the vast majority disagrees. But then I thought about it and did a little research.Regardless of who is right, there is definitely steps you can take to limit the fat gain around the belly area, while at the same time losing fat all over. So, here are my 5 tips to keep belly fat off.1. Chill out. Recent studies have shown that stress leads to belly fat. Of course this isn't caused by the stress itself, but by the cortisol released due to the stress. A great way to reduce stress, which also happens to be my number 2 tip, is to get more sleep.2. Sleep more. Research suggests that a lack of sleep leads to weight gain, increased junk food cravings, depression, and stress. So by sleeping for a few extra hours, you get all of those benefits and lose belly fat, and keep it from returning.3. Drink more water. I've said this a few times, but drinking more water is super important for weight loss. It boosts metabolism, reduces hunger, and flushes out toxins and waste. 8 glasses a day is a good target.4. Limit or eliminate sugar. When you eat too much sugar, it gets stored as fat. Not only that, excess sugar can also lead to diabetes and other health issues.5. Exercise. Short bursts of cardio, or HIIT, do wonders for fat loss. Increased metabolism days after the exercise means you will be shedding the pounds well after your workout is over. Those are just a few tips that you can implement immediately and start to see results.

  • Do regular exercises And try this,.,.
  • The reason you have such a large weight on such as small frame is due to laxity at meal time. The issue is not dietetic but psychological. And no one is 5'4.24. Both numbers, feet and inches must be identified. 5'4" is acceptable. Exercise, unless done for hours and hours and hours each day does not affect body weight very much. With a 1,300 calorie daily intake of food your body can reduce about two lbs. per week. No more and for sure a lot less if you change the amount of calories. You are asking people to do you own homework. Par for you age as you are used to things being handed to you. That is why you have at least 20 extra lbs. 20 lbs. divided by 2 lbs. per week means that you need ten weeks to loose the 20 lbs. That is more than 12 days. Lack of planning apparently is part of the psychological problem that comes along with the weight issue. Sorry, you asked for facts so here they are. I also recommend that you acknowledge your sexuality and use Google Search to learn all there is to know as to human sexual reproduction. Stop texting 24/7 and use the educational potential of the Internet. Far too many girls you age start chasing boys without knowing why and end up pregnant. Yes, pregnant in six, seven and eight grades. You have been warned to be smarter and wiser and to use your intelligence in this area as well. Good luck.

How to Lose Weight Fast for Teens

I'm done with my weight loss journey and completely happy with how I feel and how I look right now however losing weight is a challenge for anyone and even losing 5 pounds and keeping it off isn't an easy task. Also I bet you didn't know that 5 pounds of fat is about the size of 8 cheese burgers? That alone should be enough to make anyone want to get on the ball and start a change for the better. Weight loss can be really easy to learn but the problem is nobody wants to put the required effort that is needed to actually do it, instead people continually look for (easy) ways to do it. If there was an easy way to lose weight I don't think 35% of Americans would be obese. There was a time when I also wanted to lose weight and was tired of starting diets only to lose motivation and give up just a few weeks later after seeing no results. However, let me tell you it is literally one of the easiest things you will ever learn once you find a good and reputable place to learn it from and I say that only because the world is filled with magic diet pills, liquid flush diets and a thousand other quick fixes that promise xx pounds of weight loss in the first week and even though it is impossible they know you're going to do it because your desperate. I have probably tried every diet pill, liquid flush diet, and ab rocket machine known to man and have had no success with any of them nor do I know anyone that has ever had any success with them. I have also tried starving myself which works very well for the first few weeks' right before your metabolism comes to a complete stop and eating just the tiny bit makes you gain weight and you end up weighing more than you did before you started starving yourself. Companies promote weight loss to make money not to get people healthy again and that's because they know you're not going to be a customer and buy their products if you're no longer fat. http://fatloossfactor.com is a site I want you to go to when you have 10 or 20 minutes to spare and I want you to sit down and watch his video on weight loss. He helps people every day to lose weight I have never seen someone as committed as him and that will go so far out of his way to help someone. His weight loss program is one of the best I have ever had the enjoyment of doing and it is without doubt the best success I have ever had with any weight loss program. I also couldn't be happier with my body right now and I have never felt this wonderful in my whole life. In the end you just got to remember to stick with it and stay confident in yourself and in no time you can achieve the results you have always wanted. It's not hard to lose weight but most people have a hard time staying motivated and 9 times out of 10 it was because they weren't really committed from the beginning. Anyways I hope I helped you and I hope you make the commitment to change your body and life. Remember it's not easy to take the first step but you did, you're here right now taking it and the rest of the steps will fall into place. Have a wonderful day.

  • depends on what you eat to, some foods take longer to be processes through your system, try more fruits :)
  • Depends what your eating and make sure you drink lots of water! Also muscle weigh more than fat so this weight could just be from muscle. For your age and height a healthy weight is about 115lbs. But like i said muscles are more lean so they gonna weigh more so your probably quite healthy
  • Just do a lot of cardio! Keep your heart rate up as high as you can get it and keep it for 3 minutes, then break for 1. How to Lose Weight Fast at the Gym

You should not be eating 300-400 calories. Especially at your age. I've don't that myself, and, trust me, it does not work for weight loss. It might work for a little bit, but after its done you just gain the weight right back. Not a good weight loss plan stopitstopitstopit don't even try arguing with me. Been there, done that, kid.At the age of 13 you should not be eating under 1200. Why? Because this is the time you are growing and your body is collecting most of the nutrients and vitamins it will have for the rest of its life. Your story sounds a bit like me a while ago. I'm going to tell you as a friend: don't ever restrict you calories like that. It just doesn't work period.I'm 17 so we're both kind of on the same page as far as trying to lose weight while still not restricting calories or the nutrients and vitamins our bodies our building up now. I want you to eat clean and healthy (no processed food, soda, sugar....you get the idea...)Eat 1200-2000 cal daily. make it different every day so you don't plateau.exercise 3-5x per week for an hr. 30 min-45 min of cardio at least 3x per week. Just make sure you sweat a lot every day.NOTE: THE THE ABOVE MIGHT NOT BE THE BEST OR HEALTHIEST WEIGHT LOSS PLAN FOR YOU.

  • Ur eating way too few calories. U should eat at least 1200 a day. If u eat too little ur body will go into starvation mode and make it harder for u to burn fat
  • Search it up, apparently (just by doing nothing but sleeping 8 hours with ZERO exercise) your body burns 1000-1400 each day to keep you alive so you're actually burning about 1800-2200 cals a day and eating 300 to 400.The lowest cal intake anyone should have (apart from babies) is 1200 while the normal for a woman is 2000 and norm. for a man is 2500, 3000 for sporty people.Tbh I counted my cals and 1200 is actually quite a lot for me. Don't force yourself to eat when you're full but don't starve yourself either. I'd say don't be too obsessed with cals and eat just eat normal meals until you don't feel hungry.

How do I fix my metabolism?

Hi- For the past month I did a 1600 calorie diet, not eating back my exercise calories, and I didn't see any improvement. I posted on calorie count, where I track my cals, and it was pointed out for my height and weight (5'11", 152 lbs) I'm not eating enough and I probably slowed my metabolism down. the suggestion was to start eating more.Well, for the past 4 days I've been eating around 2000 calories and exercising, and I've definitely gained 4 lbs. I eat very healthy, but this is really frustrating me. How many more days of this is it going to take to 'fix my metabolism'? Could I just go to 1800 calories, which is what I should eat to lose weight and wait for my metabolism to catch up?Any advice is really greatly appreciated...thanks :)

How to Burn Body Fat and Lose Weight

Your problem is you don't understand what you're doing and yet you're expecting favorable results. Here are some problems with your thinking.- You cannot "eat back" calories. - There's nothing wrong with your metabolism. You have no reason to even think about metabolism.- You apparently are not aware of the important of your age because you neglected to mention it. You need it to calculate your BMR. When you do that, all you need to do is keep your caloric intake at your BMR and you will lose fat if you have more than 15% body fat.- No one can tell you what to eat. We don't even know what season it is where you are not to mention your resources, your food allergies, etc. There is one cardinal rule of dieting (and thermodynamics) and that is: As long as your daily energy output exceeds your daily energy intake, you have to burn from your body (fat or lean tissue). That means your metabolism is not a factor in fat loss as long as it's normal (eg: no thyroid probs, etc).To find out how the best minds in nutrition in the world (at the US NIH) have recommended for decades we lose fat, read my answer about how to lose fat --> http://answers.yahoo.com/question/index;_ylt=As615QJM4X_3ID9_05qmmlXty6IX;_ylv=3?qid=20111028185603AAVcP4D Here's an excellent website for you.
