Need help with my metabolism?

So I'm 15 years old (male), 1,72 meters and three years ago I went on a diet that made me lose 22 kgs.(from 1,60m and 82,6 kg to 1,70meters and 65 kg, although I'm now 72kgs) The diet completely change my look but the thing is that I may have a problem with my metabolism. In the morning, I look nice and thin and all, but when I eat something, even a light food, my belly grows a little. By night it's actually big almost every day. The next morning, back to normal. How can I fix this problem of my metabolism and look thin all day instead of changing so weirdly? Thanks!

How to Use Sassy Water to Lose Weight

You should forget about metabolism because it's not your problem. If it was, you would have many more serious symptoms and be under the care of an endocrinologist. I can't know what your problem is given your brief description of it but it is probably a combination of a misguided perception of your slimmer body combined with the accumulation of water bloat which accompanies eating. Apparently you're just not used to your belly at that substantial fat loss. Take waist measurements and weight (in the nude only) both before and after sleeping at night and then take that information to your doctor. I doubt you will find anything abnormal in the results.Good luck and good health!!♠
