First of all, please don't give me the whole "slower is better" talk, i know. But that does not work for me and I give up fast unless I'm doing my absolute best. Okay so basically I am 52kg's, I want to go down to 46. Yeah I realise thats considered underweight but its only just considered underweight because I'm pretty short. At the moment what I'm doing is eating approximately 1200 cals a day, 700 of these come from the bars I eat, I eat these bars that have all the essential nutrients and minerals and oils etc. and I eat them because well first of all I'm pretty much on apples and a bit of meat and some vegetables at the moment and secondly I get so tired and hungry after gym that I need to feel full or else I start eating. A lot. I'm burning most of my calories though, I know it's unhealthy to eat under 1200 cals a day but I burn 700-1000 of these at the gym daily. Drinking 3 cups of green tea a day and 2L of water. So my question is, would this help me lose weight pretty fast? I mean I don't want to do the whole eating 3 carrots a day thing because it doesn't work for me and I need something that I can actually stick to. So would burning the calories off give the same effect as if I never ate those calories? By the way, my gym routine is cardio, I do 3-5 k's a day on treadmill, about 20-30 mins on cross trainer and about 40 mins on bicycle. Its hard but I hope this pays off.
