Is it possible to lose 5 pounds in 2-3 weeks?

I'm a 16 year old female who is 5'3. My original weight was 115 pounds but I gained 5 pounds so I'm 120 pounds now. I don't drink soda or juice, just water. In the past few days I've seem to be eating more junk food(cookies,chips,candy etc.) because of my period but my period has been over for 3 days now and I'm 120 pounds. I feel really sluggish right now. Would Zumba and the elliptical at the gym help me lose weight? Do you have any tips? I've been really upset lately and feel pressured because my parents say I gained weight and I better not gain weight and be fat. Any tips will be appreciated!
