Something doesn't seem right. Like lifting weights for 45 minutes will really make a big difference in muscle gain M. Plus I want to lose weight but problem is I'm eating all my calories back that I lose. Is there something I'm doing wrong that might cause me to gain fat than muscle. I eat right but is going over calories burned bad even for muscle growth?

your supposed to eat calories back, atleast thats what everyone tells me.you need the calories to repair and build muscles so it is a must. and its quality not quantity. it doesnt matter how long you lift for as long as your doing it right
