If you are active , do you have a fast metabolism?

I am very health conscious so whenever I eat junk food.... i am constantly thinking of my weight. :( I've been eating a lot of it this week & feel horrible about myself. but I usually am good about not eating fast food & going out to eat at restaurants. I used to be 154 & now i am 111lbs. I lost about 43 pounds.... did this weight loss make my metabolism fast in any way? I workout 3 days a week for at least an hour or more. I also cannot eat as much as I used to. Like I'll only eat half of a sandwich and feel full. Before I used to eat footlongs like nothing. & now I can only finish a 6inch feeling satisfied. & I when I get full, I won't eat the rest of the day. Oh and when I eat junk food I always have to go to the bathroom afterwards cause it doesnt settle right with my stomach at times. Does any of this indicate a fast metabolism?

How to Lose Weight on a Tight Budget

You may be feeling more full with smaller portions because you have lost a bit of muscle weight along with the 43 pounds, which is almost 1/3 of your body weight. That is a significant weight loss, so essentially you are a smaller person at this point, without even accounting for your fat percentage. Muscle mass and size translates to overall body size, and larger people need more food to stay at the same weight. However, that guess is only based on the fact that I'm assuming that you have lost some muscle along with your total weight loss. And an active lifestyle does indeed increase your metabolism, but muscle mass also plays a large part in a person's base metabolic rate. You probably are burning less calories than you used to just in everyday activity, but you also have probably learned how to eat less and still feel satisfied as well, which is a mental skill and not just a physical response. So I'm guessing that there's multiple factors involved in the way that you are feeling satisfied with less food at this point. Normally, a faster metabolism will allow you to eat more food, while still staying at the same weight. But, you may have just been eating too much food in the past, which lead to the weight gain, and now you are no longer eating an excess amount of food and are currently eating a more appropriate amount of food for your size, which has resulted in a more normal body weight.
