if i a whole grain bread for breakfast every day will i gain weight?10point?

well i usually eat the k cereal for breakfast but my mom have 4 week that she have not buy it. the only thing i have in my house fore breakfast is whole grain bread. i think that i am starting to have habit about it whole grain bread for break but i want to stop because i am in a diet. and i over weight and i don`t want to gain weight i want o lose weight? i only have 4week eating whole gain bread for breakfast.
