I've gained 6 pounds in the last month?

I am 15 5'1 and female, I used to be 107 when I was running and counting calories. I stopped doing both because I was traveling around a lot (camp, vacation) I am now home for the next 3 weeks of summer and I weigh 113! I want to lose it and preferable go down to 104In tips on how to achieve this...I am using my calorie counter app to count my calories and I am running 3-5 days a week.Thanks! xx
