I drink 2-4 cans of Coke everyday but still not gaining weight?

I drink 2 to 4 cans of Coke everyday and still not gaining weight.. Its been 5 months I got addicted to it.. I eat protein calcium and all other nutrients and also eat 5 meals a day. Im 15.7 year old and 44kg :(

You weight what you weigh. If you're unhappy about it, consuming large quantities of extremely unhealthy foods and trying to make your bones denser is the worst way to gain weight. This is an issue of metabolism, so eating this much is just going to be used up by the body like it always has (since you're not gaining weight). However, even if you are not gaining fat, you are still gaining excessive sugars, chemicals, cholesterol, etc. that deposits in your body. Just because you are not fat does NOT mean that you are healthy. First maybe look at this as a self esteem thing. You're a teenager, so accept the cliched saying that high school sucks, kids are mean, and body images get distorted. Work towards accepting your own awesome self, bro! Talk to your dr to see if for your height and age if you are in fact at a healthy weight. He/she can teach you how to gain weight in a healthy way instead of eating junk. Work out and a diet that feeds your body to run like a well oiled machine is the way to go. The freshman 15 of college isn't just because of dining hall buffets and the discovery of beer--people's metabolisms start to slow down at this age. Don't you worry, your body will keep changing and that's a FACT, so keep it healthy :)
