I don't understand what was wrong with it?

Their advice may be sound, but they get reported for promoting the same commercial website, or their own blog, with every answer.

To get rid of the fat, you have to eat healthier and lose it by nutrition, not exercise. When your body decides to take the fat off there is anybody's guess.)
