How to get abs in 20 days?

Hey guys:Im 14, 6'2 and i weight 235 pounds, im willing to do every kind of diet and exercise (i dont care if the exercises are 3 hours long) to get abs or at least a flat tummy, i dont have access to a gym because im in vacation at Mexico and the nearest gym is about 30 minutes from my house. I know that abs are just a muscle but the problem is that they are covered by a layer of fat.I need help asap, thanks for your help.Please give me diets and workouts that really work.Gonna give 10 points to the best answer.Btw im a guy.

First, there are 2 things you should NOT do and this will sound very counter intuitive. No sit-ups and no running. Sit ups are useless for reasons you illuded to. A lot of muscle won't even be seen by a layer of fat. As for running, all it does is works your heart, it's hard on your legs, and will make you hungrier so that whatever few calories it burns, you'll put back on and then some. The trick is calories. What you burn vs what you take in. Don't worry so much about fats and sugars, but shoot for a number like 2500 if you're fairly active. Then, front load your day with calories where you have a big beakfast, modest lunch, and a light dinner. And try not to eat after 7. Also, the best way I was able to cut calories was to not drink them. Switch from regular pop/soda to iced tea. (and don't switch to diet soft drinks, that's another rant). For exercise, do strength training to increase metabolism. And then some walking or something active to burn calories, but don't run for more than a mile. Bottom line- burn more calories than you take in, eat early, and strength based exercises.
