How Does Counting Calories Help With Weight Loss?
Recommended Answer:
Hiiii! Its me again :P I have the same problem as you, I can't gaint weight no matter how hard i try! And don't try to gain weight because once you start eating all the junk food, the fat won't appear instantly but once it does, you gain a huge amount of weight! (Trust me fat's harder to lose). As long as you're not anorexic i think you're perfect the way you are! If you REALLY want to gain weight, I suppose you could try eating foods with high calories, but I wouldn't reccomend it. I tried doing that before and then POOF I gained almost 30-40 pounds. I started eating junk food when I was 14 and the huge fat appeared when I was 19 or so. (Don't worry I lost the extra fat) I hope I helped! You're really nice by the way (On my last question with my friends name!)Other Answers:
- Calorie shakes. Eat at least 2500 cals a day. Eat healthy things high in cals such as avocados and peanut butter. Do it slowly, healthy and properly and it's more likely to stay on.
- Lift weights in low rep, high weight sets.
