How to gain a few pounds healthily?

Hi, I'm 17 and currently in the process of enlisting into the air force. (I am enlisting early, I have a year of high school left). I'm 5'4" and when I do my physical exam in about two weeks, I must be at least 110 pounds to pass. They weigh you naked. I am 108pounds with clothes on. How much do you think I weigh without the clothes? (Not to sound weird/perverted...) & How can I gain a few pounds? I have stopped jogging and I attempt to eat more during my meals (It doesn't take much for me to become full) and my parents have been encouraging me to eat lots of peanut-butter, milkshakes, etc. What are some healthy ways to gain some weight within two weeks?
