Weight does not matter, only your health. Eat as healthy as yo can and get proper portion sizes from each food group everyday. (Its okay if you go off by a little). Some tips are dance like no ones watching! If you feel a little dumb when making your movements big, that is alright! Make sure to be precise and sharp. And last but definitely not least, take criticism from your teacher and use it. It is the best way to improve. I dont know if this helps but this was the advice I got when experiencing hip hop :D good luck!
